water change before new fish?

So I am ready for new fish, Gonna stop by the LFS on the way home tonight pending everyones response. 1 week ago I brought online my tank with Bio-Spira (Product Plug). The two guys in there are having a blast but need some friends. I tested the water last night with my API master test kit (Product Plug) and it all looks perfect. Now should i do a 20% water change before i add the new guys or after?

While I'm at it what brand of food (flakes) does everyone recommend?

Omega One is what we buy. If it's been 7 days since the BioSpira went in, a pwc would be alright.

Omega One, Tetramin Pro (not the regular stuff you get a PetSmart), and the Hakiri mini-pellets or mini-wafers. And don't forget sinking pellets or wafers for the bottom feeders if you're going to have any.
