What would be the best way to transfer my fish from my 10 gallon to my 29 gallon? They are in the same room from each other.

Fill a small container or bag with water from your 10 gal, then net your fish and put them in. Then add a cup of water from the 29 gallon with them, wait 10-15 minutes, then repeat. Keep repeating for about an hour, then net them out of the container and put them in the 29.

Is the 29 gallon cycled?

Sorry i forgot to add that it is not cycled as of yet but it will be when i transfer them
