I have a 20 gallon tank that currently has one 2 inch rainbow shark and 4 one inch tiger barbs in it. It has a dojo loach, but sadly, I found him belly up on the bottom the other day. Anywho, I was wondering what kind of fish I could get to round out the tank now that the space taken up by my loach is available. I dont want to get more tiger barbs, as even though i know they do best with 6 or more, the four that i have have been living with the RTS for months now, and all five of them get along great. any suggestions?

The tiger barbs can get aggressive and nippish with smaller fish. Maybe some other barbs, like rosy barbs would work well. Or fast fish like a school of zebra danios might work, but they like 6 or more to curb their nipping tendancies. mojo's tetras suggestion too - like some neons.

i think the yoyo loaches are really cool, maybe 2-3 swordtails, a dwarf gourami(be careful w/ this as the barbs might get nippy)
