I have a fully cycled 29 gallon tank with two bio wheel filters that i just recently moved the zebra danios out of. I was wondering how many and what the male female ratios should be if i wanted to put angles and mollies in there.

Well, I haven't had mollies, but I have a 29 gallon tank as well, and I have two angels. First, from what I've seen mentioned around here, angels should have 10 gallons of water each, so you won't want to go getting too many angels. Angels seem to like to pair off too, so maybe you should just get two. I had one angel, and when I introduced another one to the tank, they became instant best friends. When the original angel died, the other one just seemed so lonely...he didn't know what to do with himself. He kept trying to hang out with my pleco, which didn't really work. When my pleco would move across the glass though, my angel would swim alongside of him. I got my angel another angel buddy soon after, and they became instant best friends too, they're always together.

In summary...I'd suggest a pair of angels.
