HELP ASAP. I HAVE EGGS ON MY TANK NOT IN IT!!!! REALLY WIERD LOOKING!!!

I jsut went to check on the fish, and when i lifted the lid of my tank (juwel vision 180), out of the water on the side of the tank (but still inside the actual tank) it loos like a load of egg's.

These have the consistency of dried toast or similar. This is really odd. It can't be fish. there are a large amount of them. The only thing i can think of is that these are snail egg's? We have two golden apple snails. as i understood it they did not breed quickly?

Do i need to get rid of these egg's asap?

Really freaky looking. yellow/ brown type.

Some snails do leave eggs above the surface of the water

Fed them to Crayfish. I think he liked it. Seemed like the best thing to do...

Asked friends etc as well. Turns out it probably was Snail egg's. Nothing else comes out the tank really.

another thing you can do with them if you don't want lots of babies is just push it below the water. being submerged kills the eggs, and sometimes the snails will eat the eggs. pretty nutritious i blelieve
