Not sure what to try

Im having a problem with some green water in my 10G and im not sure how to get rid of it, have tried multiple water changes, 4 day complete blackout, any help would be appreciated.

thanks for the link, my water isn't exactly hat electric neon green, its more of a dull green, I'll have to make a run over to big al's to see if they have anything to get rid of it.

Be very careful what chemicals you use in your tank. Eventhough they say they are safe to your fish, I would not use them, and even if you did and your fish were fine, you still have a problem that will come back until you figure out what is causing it.

I realize the risk of using chemicals and such, I was hoping that they would have that diatom filter that the website suggested, its just weird how this all came about so suddenly as I had crystal clear water until i cleaned out my filter and eveything went downhill from there
