I have a 29 gallon take that has been running for about 6 weeks with fish.....4 spotted cory and 3 red tetra

I was about to add some new fish this past week but some orangish-brown fungus or mold started growing everywhere....any idea what this is? What should i do about it? How can i clean it and prevent it in the future?

it sounds like brown algae and every new tank gets it (well just about) just clean off the glass and gravel vaccuum but its harmless just a stage of the new tank

Yep sounds like brown algae or diatoms. It's just one of the stages most new tanks go through. In a couple of weeks you could add otos or a bristlenose. They both love brown algae and diatoms.
