I'm not real sure. The only thing I know to do is to do a small
water change, maybe 25% or so. That will help take some of the
ammonia out. If you can, get a product called Ammno Lock asap.

That should help with immediate results, at least until you can get enough of your water change to bring the ammonia levels down. I would do the 25% water changes every few days. You don't want to do a full water change or it could shock your fish. Clean the gravel as well.
