another airstone question

Hello, I have a 10 gal tank with a bubble wall at the back. Not particularly strong though. I like water movement and would like to place a small airstone elswhere in the tank, is that ok to do? Is there any such thing as 'too much'? The fish love the bubbles and I like the look.
I guess I would need a seperate air pump, which is no prob.
Thanks......just bought two littles ottos today, they seem fine and so far haven't gone into hiding.

Re: another airstone question

I don't think another air stone would cause any harm.

Re: another airstone question

It will be fine as long as none of your fish are struggling or fighting the water movement.

Re: another airstone question

Depending on how good your existing air pump is and how big your airstones are you could probably get a gang valve and run both air stones off the same pump.
