Alrighty.. I just woke not too long ago and when I went to feed my fish... I noticed that there were only 3 swimming around. Looking around and not seeing the other... I called for my bf to ask if one of them had died while I was sleeping.
He informed me that he didn't think so.. so in he came.
He checked the filter even though it couldn't have gotten into it, he disturbed all of the plastic plants... checked everything... and it's just gone. The only slight opening is at the top b/c of the breeders net... but I don't see how it could get out that way b/c it would've had to jump a good 2 inches and aimed straight for the crack which has small little ledge thing to catch the lid.

Just... I dunno... where on earth could one of my danio be?? If it did somehow superman it's way out.. well.. RIP fishie b/c we didn't see anything on the floor so it's probably been turned into dog or cat food*

Alrighty..... NM.... we got back from the fish store earlier and when bf was putting in the plants we got.... who do I see?? Yep.. it's the missing fishie

I have absolutely NO idea where she could've been hiding before. I thought we had looked everywhere, but apparently we didn't. I'm just happy that she's ok though
Still wondering where the heck she was.....

I'm glad your fishie turned up. Whenever it looks like one of mine are missing I panic, but so far I haven't had any escape. If I did the fish would no doubt be dog food, but I have my tanks covered so well that there isn't even the tiniest space that one could jump through. I'm kind of paranoid since some of the people on this forum have had their fish jump out.
