I've been haveing a hard time lately keeping my water conditions decent .. I've lost some of my favourit fish in the last couple weeks... My female Betta, one of my two guppys, one of my two catfish .. And my one Neon (only survivor of 12 when i set this tank up and was a newby) and one of my danios don't look good at all .. Possibly swim bladder disease (thats what killed my female betta) .... Have I got two ambitious for this 30 gal ? fish listings are in my sig...

What you have in your tank looks good to me. Is the tank cycled? Can you please post your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels? How often do you do water changes, and do you vacuum the gravel? Let us know so we can help you.
