Re-Introduce myself

: Hi there
my name is shabnam and I am in Sydney, I used to visit this site a lot, but due to work changes, couldnt access, but I can again, yay!
I have:
6 Albino Buenos Aires Tetras
6 Neons
1 Gold Gourmai
1 Blue Angel
2 Small Black Angels
2 Tiny baby bristlenoses
1 bala
4 giant danios

have got planted tank, however have replaced 90% of the plants with false ones, but there are a few live ones, if the BA tetras leave them. Have quite a few hiding places.

and now I have a question, when I was getting the buenos aires tetras, the petshop guy said they would be fine with neons but am
not sure (i know its too late now) and they dont seem to nip at them, but was just thinking if anyone has had any experiences.

thanks shabnam

Re: Re-Introduce myself

Buenos aires tetras are nippy little buggers similar to tiger barbs. Neons are pretty peaceful, and I'm guessing the tetras are a little too busy to suit your neons.

Re: Re-Introduce myself

hi there, yes the BA tetras are very very very crazy fish. the neons are usually around the bottom, slipping in and around plants.
am thinking of getting another tank setup for the buenos aires ones.
