Feeding Earthworms to my mollies

Hi all,

I'm feeding earthworms for my adult mollies. Is it advisable to continue doing so? or will it harm the fishes' health?

I usually get them from my garden at the backyard

As long as you don't use any pesticides, they should be fine.

Earthworms are excellent for most tropical fish as long as they are not exposed to chemicals. My fish go nuts for them also.
