I just had to comment on this. Previously I had some very bad experience with a PetSmart a little north of me, and I was very irritated with the chain as a whole. However, recently they opened another PetSmart a little to the south of me...actually a closer drive and a much better location. I went in just to scope it out and talk to the employees. My daddy told me years ago if you ever want to find out how smart somebody else is, play dumb. I asked tons of questions, stuff I already knew the answer, and a few things I didn't just to see what kind of response I'd get. The people were friendly, knowledgeable, curteous, AND got the manager (without me even asking) when I asked a question they didn't know! I have started taking my business back to this particular PetSmart, and I broke down and have bought some fish from there. All the fish I have bought from there are very healthy and active and I haven't lost a single one straight home from the store like previous, as a matter of fact I haven't lost any of them at all with the exception of some ghost shrimp. I think some really bad stores with really bad managers have given the whole chain a bad name. I don't know if this store will price match...but I'm gonna ask them!
