My New Fish!.. plus some questions!

Hello everyone as you know I wanted some help stocking my 55 gallon tank. I really wanted dwarf gouramis but with the disease going around I didnt want to risk it. So instead I got 3 Honey Sunset Gouramis! I love them.. But.. 2 have like immediately became buddies... at first I thought they were gonna fight because they swam circles around each other for a minute but the never did. now they never leave each others side... Could they be paired already? assuming one is male and one is female? Anyways... my 55 gallon now is stocked with 3 honey sunset gouramis and 3 ghost shrimp. I plan to wait a few days before i stock with other fish. What else should I get though? I am kind of thinking...

3 honey sunset gouramis - 12"
3 ghost shrimp - 1"/1gallon
4 albino corys - 12"
2 otos - 3"
3 mollies - 9"
10 neon tetras - 10"

which puts me at 47... but i also may get

3 dwarf platies or a small to medium size unique fish - 4"-5"

thoughts? suggestions? advice?

I would probably go with a couple more oto's. I've heard they like to be in bigger groups as well as they tend to hide and you won't see many. I have 4 in my 55 gallon (I think all of them are still alive) But we usually only see a couple at a time. Our tank is very heavily planted as well.

Update

I just added my 2 cherry barbs from my 10 gallon to my 55. One of my barbs is pregnant and I heard that they like to lay their eggs on plants... and my 55 gallon is heavily planted.. so hopefully I will get some fry... but I dont think any will make it but idk... anyways.. now have;

3 Honey Sunset Gouramis - 12"
3 Ghost Shrimp - 1"/1 gallon
2 Cherry Barbs - 4"

Still have 38" of stocking room left... suggestions?

Ghost shrimp take up NO bio load. I'd get 4 more female cherry barbs, and 2 male cherrry barbs. That gives you 15" left! I'd add 10 Neons.

Another Update

Back again with an update on my tank... just got 3 more cherry barbs and 3 sparkling gouramis. everyone is doing GREAT! everyone likes each other is awesome!... Tank Stock;

3 Honey Sunset Gouramis - 12"
3 Ghost Shrimp (may get more since no bioload)
3 Sparking Gourami - 4.5"
5 Cherry Barbs - 10"

still 23" left of stocking room.. and no i didnt do the math wrong... i am only stocking 50" of fish in my 55 gallon just to give each fish something extra... and i added .5" just for the shrimp.. thinking of getting 3 more.. so a total of 6.. the can have a half gallon lol... anyways... 23" left... suggestions please!?

I'm a big fan of schooling fish and I'd be looking at them a large school of something. Or, Cockatoo apistos/Bolivian rams.
