I was gonna say - that would be the deal of the century!

But really, I think the hood and faceplate are certainly worth 100$. It's beautifully made and you'll never find anything like that anywhere for that price.

Just the wood work that was that price is worth that money... its pretty!
I wish they had it in 90g!! Thats what we are shopping for

so do you guys think I should get the faceplate and hood?

I am thinking of putting a 55 gallon "decorative" tank in my living room. My parents have agreed to this, but say I will have to do all the maintenance (YAY I think it's fun lol) Would this be a wise investment??

Well, it's certainly stunning, but on reading the ad again, it says that person uses an automatic feeder so rarely lifts the top.

If you're thinking of getting this, you need to ask if you would have to remove the entire canopy to feed your fish, if you don't want to use automatic feeders.
