Piebald Pleco - anyone seen this before? or any other fish?

Our BN pleco finally has taken to sticking to the side of the tank or driftwood now, and I noticed several white/manilla colored streaks/patterns on him. Got to looking and he looks to be a Piebald BN. Anyone else seen these before?

Also, anyone have/seen other Piebald fish? I'm quite amused and curious of them now.

Yes, it is one of the more common mutations.
I see them on price lists often.

Ah ok, thanks Dino. I'd been looking online and hadn't seen them really. Of all the LFS's in the area, I either haven't seen it or noticed it. When we bought, he was back on the filter sucking a way and was the last one so we just got him. When we got home, he was very dark, I thought from stress. Now that he's finally coming out more you can definitely see his colors and tell what he is.

Are there other Piebald fish, that are common in the hobby - meaning they aren't outrageously expensive

Yup, that's where I figured out what he was. I thought he was just a plain ol brown fellow til he actually started hanging outside

Yes, there are several piebald cichlids, ( convicts and red devils come to mind) as well as several livebearers.
