Anymore Natural Touches for my Tank?

Hello

Our tank is almost ready for fish. However, do you think I can add more natural-looking touches for my tank? It's 20-gallon freshwater guppy tank. No fish yet, but 3 are in the quarantine. Here are some pics. Yeah, I know, it sucks.........can't beat any of your wonderful tanks. All plants are fake, but I'm waiting for the stores to have some(they're taking a really long time)

Well personally I normally prefer more natural looking tanks, but I have to say that's a really nice looking tank. I love the blue theme. I think it looks good as it is but if you want you could add some live plants. For example you could put some smaller plants in the foreground/middle and/or attach java moss/fern to some of the decor.

I like the tank, it's different and cool. I think if the fish you get, like orange platy, for instance would really show off the fish and whatever it's color.I guess I'm trying to say that certain colord fish would really stand out with blue. Did I say I liked it? I do I really do!

Thank you very much to all of you for the kind words. I very much appreciate it. You are very kind.

Yes, the platy idea is brilliant, but that would not make my tank a guppy tank. So, I decided to change it into a livebearer tank. Yes, a livebearer tank! I really want my guppies to breed, but the shops here don't sell female guppies because they think they're ugly........but now, a livebearer tank-- cool!

Still searching the city for plants..............Can't wait!

Firstly, I think you've done a great job with the decor so far

It looks like you want to be able to view the tank from the back and the front - going by what I see in the 1st picture. If so, then the only suggestion is to incorporate tallish live plants if/when you can get some at the sides. This way when your livebearers have young, the young can have somewhere to hide Just my

Other than that ..... it looks great!

I think that it lookes really cool! The orange platy made me think of a black molly that would look awsome with the blue! Good decorating. And I agree that some dense plants would help with keeping young alive

Anymore Natural Touches for my Tank?

Hi!

As far as non-natural tanks go - that's the best I've ever seen! I think it looks OK as it is. However - if you really wanted - you could add some quarantined bogwood.
