hello everyone i need help choosing a tank and a filter , i am looking to buy either a 1 gallon to a 3 gallon plastic fish tank to house one dwarf puffer i want to know what tank and filter would be best to buy ,thank you for your help

Ideally, you should use a 10 gal tank, since the sizes you mention don't really cycle properly with filters and are very hard to stabilize, so you may lose the fish.

The smallest size tank I would use is a 5 gal, since that can be cycled with a filter.

we have several 2.5g tanks that are cycled, but i'd go with at least 3g for a dwarf puffer since they put out a lot of waste and 3g is kind of a minimum for 1 of them. the eclipse 3 is a nice tank kit.
