Re: Should I get an alge eater

really with that size tank the alge scraper inst to big of a chour...but they do add a little somthing to the tank with that size i would look into geting a otto,... alge eaters wont eliminate the need to clean some off but they do help and there fun to have...make sure what ever you get wont out grow your tank

Re: Should I get an alge eater

yes they say one inch per galllon not lets say you have 10 or so inchs give or take...you might lose one here and there but your much better off going a 2 or 3 inchs over then you are with a pleco which would pretty much double that rule...ill double check everything....but on thise site you can find solid info on most of the common veritys you see at a LFS and they keep adding
