Not a mod and I don't remember you, so I have no idea of what happened in the past, but I am going to put my support for the mods and admin forth here and say that, just from what you exhibited in this post, you deserved it in the first place.
If your friend hates the mods because he allows you to flame them from his computer, I doubt anybody here is going to be sad.
So calm down, take a deep breath (or a dozen), watch your mouth (stating that you hate people, using "****" in an offensive manner toward others in the forum, and just generally being rude is just as bad as swearing), apologize to the mods (presuming they haven't already re-banned you), and show people that you can be a polite, constructive, and generally worthwhile to be around, and you're much less likely to get banned from family forums.
Otherwise, if you search the net enough, you'll find forums that tolerate the kind of garbage you spout here. (Try hongfire, it's an anime forum. Being rude is generally more accepted than it is here).
