I think i finally understand now :)

LOL
Since i joined this site i get annoyed every now and then when first words out of someones mouth when it involves a gold fish is the tank it to small. it really bugged me but now you got me brainwashed. I found this on craigslit, its 2 goldfish a black moor and a calico fan tail looking thing in a 1.5 gallon tank. I emailed her and said i would take the 2 fish but not the tank and she asked why i said it was way to small for them and im suprised the fish werent dead from poisoning. well i ticked her off and she'll only sale the fish with the death chamber LOL I dont think any fish ...maybe a betta should be in a 1.5 gallon tank. GRRRR What has this forum turned me into LOL

I wouldn't put an adult Betta in that death trap, but it would be good for growing baby betta when you need to separate them.

in her first post she said her son had lost interest and she was looking for a new home for them whats bad is they are in bixby which is the suburb where the yuppies live so they prolly could have afforded a bigger tank uugh

Hahaha, that's not bad there's a bunch of people on kijiji, lately selling off tanks and I just keep looking at them going, you have that in that!!!
lol.
Also I'd mention to a friend of mine that her betta doesn't have a filter in his tank or a heather but he's not only huge and growing like a monster but looks happier then mine so I can't really say that he's suffering.

I don't understand people and how they can think that is okay, not to mention It gets on my last nerve when I hear someone say they lost interest in a pet, fish or any animal but especially when people get cats or dogs and do that, I just don't understand some people.

The ones I really don't get is the breeds that I know you have to pay like $600 a puppy for and saying that they got it a few months ago and are now moving ect.
I mean you'd think that you wouldn't spend that kinda of money on a pet your not gonna be able to keep would you?

Yeah I don't get it either, they treat it like its bike or something, they can just give away when they are tired of it. Don't they get attached to their pet.........?!! I can't image getting tired of a pet or "wanting" to give it away..... I mean I can understand certain times it might be in the pets best interest or a real reason you have to give it away, BUT not when someone says they are tired of it or that their kid is tired of it....WHAT...!!!!!! It is just is crazy to think that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I say if you think that way don't get a pet, ya know........... crazy.....
