I thought I posted this, so may be on twice?
Wanted to give my opinion on Aqua One brand.
I was advised on the filter and heater from the shop when I bought all my equiptment 3/4 weeks ago. Immediately I noticed the filter was rubbish, almost no water flow. I contacted the company whp told me it was not suffice for the tank I had bought! I decided to keep it for an emergency, and then proceeded to go and by Eheim brand from a different source.
Now I notice the heater isn't working and it looks obvious I need to take it back to the shop today. They will hopefully replace it, but at the end of the day it is unfair that it is a continual trial with these shops. I have done everything right as far as setting up tank and cycling and more than pleased with my results.....but the equiptment sucks!
