filter issues......

i have just built a 75 g tank!!

i was earlier planning to add a canister filter but it is working out 2 expensive and it is out of my budget
i have added a REVERSE UGF to it . and some sponge filters. i would like to know how many(1 or 2)
also i would like to know about some good power heads since they are popular here.
i cannot add a HOB cause i have added some support strips so it does not allow HOBs to be added....
pls help....

Re: filter issues......

I realize that you cannot buy from this vendor but these are some examples of sponge filters that will be able to handle 75 gallons by themselves. It would not take more than one at this rate and so not complicate the need for all the extra airline tubing to hook up more than one. Perhaps you can find something similar in your part of the world. Sponge filters do come in sizes to meet the needs of aquariums all the way to 130 gallons but I am only sending the ones that are for close to 75 gallons here.

All the powerheads I was able to find were HOB filters and since you said they would not work, I did not include them.

I hope this has been helpful.
