I Wander if theres a way I can cut my pegiun biowheel filters to the apriopriate size to fit my internal wisper power filter?

I think the point of the bio-wheel is to expose the bacteria to the oxygen in the air, so there'd be little advantage to fitting one in an internal filter. You'd probably be better off getting some type of bio material (i.e., bio balls, ceramic rings, etc) and putting it in the filter along with the foam and whatever else you have there.
