changed carbon in Fluval 305...also drained and cleaned....started unit back up and there must have been gunk in my power(output) hose...blew stuff all over the tank

yea, that happens a lot with our filters if some of the gunk gets up to where the filter action just blows it out into the tank.

yeah my tank is full of this stuff......filter was clean ..must have come out of the hoses....Gary
