Hmmm... I'm not sure i understand, can't you just upload the picture directly from your computer?

Hmmm... k I just looked at it and I don't think you can. Maybe this will help. I don't see a section to add a url to upload the photo from just an area where you can do it from you computer.
Hope that helps,

EDIT: WHoops ok just noticed something else. Go to the link, select Upload Your Photo's in the top right corner. Go to the bottom of that screen and there's an "Extra Options" box with a url space. However it might load all images in that url. Is that what you were looking for?

Photopost support says that feature requires the URL of an HTML page with valid image markup, not a direct URL to the image: http://www.photopost.com/forum/how-d...rl-upload.html

I made a quick test page at http://mjhall.net/test.html, with the following HTML:

HTML Code:
<html>
<head>
	<title>Image Test</title>
</head>
<body>
	Image with correct IMG markup:<br />
	<img src="/images/fish/angelfish_2.jpg" alt="" />
</body>
</html>
I then tried the Retrieve all images from a URL option from the upload page, and it did proceed to the next step of the bulk upload process. If there were more than one image on the page, in theory they should all have been part of the bulk upload.

That was a whole lot of nerd crammed into one post, wasn't it?

The Cliff's Notes version is that that particular feature probably isn't all that useful for most FishLore posters, as it requires an HTML page with images and syntactically correct markup to upload multiple images in one shot. If you only want to upload one image, the way you already did is probably the best route, if not the only route.
