Forum slow today?

it was for me yesterday..it was like watching the old aol man just run and run without getting anywhere! .but I thought I was just overdue to clean up the pc a bit LOL

today seems to be ok tho

Not too bad, for me. My interent slows down when my dauughter sits next to me and we're both on wireless so it's hard too tell.

I thought maybe it was my connection, because Earthlink slows down periodically, but it wasn't. I was loading data-heavy pages (like Planet Catfish pages that had tons of pics) and they were just zipping through, but making a simple post on Fishlore was taking forever.
Still, it seems to have been on my end (maybe something screwy with my computer, or the browser's cache), since nobody else seemed to have a problem.

It seemed a little slow at times, I doublechecked like you did opening other sites and they were loading much faster, it kind of seemed random though

I didn't notice any difference, but then again, I was only on for a few mins earlier today so it is kinda hard to remember how fast it was then.

a bit slow, but i had a lot of junk to clean out on my desktop after that it seemed fine.

We haven't had any db errors lately (knocking on wood) so we're due.
