How do you get a display pic

u mean how to post a picture, like attachments?or did u mean Avatars? in case of attachments go to manage attachments, a new window will open, browse and upload your pic and post the topic, close the new window.......
in case of avatar go to my settings and edit avatar........in settings and option section.

If you are asking how to upload a photo to show up under your screen name, follow these instructions.

click on 'my settings' at the top of your page.
Then scroll down and look for the box on the left hand side that will say 'edit avatars'.
Click on that, follow the page to the bottom where you will find 'option 2". Upload image from your computer.
Then click on 'save changes'.
