RESOLVED - The Wysiwyg editor

I noticed 2 changes to the wysiwyg editor today. 1) the title is blank by default now instead of "re: <thread title>" and 2) the smilies box is above the text box instead of beside it.

were these intentional changes?

If it is intentional, please can we have a slightly better format on the smilies, as they look kind of stupid in rows of 3!
