FIXED - Attachments Quota

When did the attachment quota come into effect? I just tried to add an image to a post and it told me that I have exceeded my quota by 14mb!

Is this another glitch? I hope so, or no-one will ever be able to upload pictures again!

This should be fixed now. I had to turn off that setting.
