Sorry for the delay, but I can't pull up the new site right now. Once I can though I'll create the blogs for those that have requested one. I've received emails from Marc, ATM, Gargoyle and FLBettaCouple and I could only get Marc's set up before I started having probs pulling up the website.

I keep gettin a time-out on one of the later hops when doing a tracert when the connection hits xo.net. Hopefully the DNS just has to cascade to all the servers and by tomorrow I should be able to connect. Once I can connect, I'll be able to set everything up.

Marc - no prob, at least it sounds like you can connect to the new website.

yea, it shouldn't usually take very long to update the DNS lookup tables. (unless the gov't spy computers are running slow )

Well, for non-moderators there is a US$25.00 fee.. please make the check payable to me, ok? Mike's made it available to everyone, he does all the work to setup your blog-space, then you can customize it and work on it, put content in, etc. I hope we get some spare time to work on ours soon. lol

armadillo - yep, any "Full member" and above can get a free blog. Just email admin@fishloreblog.com stating that you agree to the TOS (linked above) and I'll set one up for ya.

Hey Mike... I switched theme's again... I noticed you had modified the footer in mt other theme but it is not modified in my current theme. Could you re-modify the footer or send me the code you used the modify the other footer.

I think I will be sticking with my current theme and just modifying it.

Yes, it is - but keep in mind that background music gets annoying FAST.

I havea question. I downloaded the different themes but I don't know how to put them into my blog.

Yeah - I beg you not to do the background music - I never visit myspace sites because of the music on the pages. Can't find the stop or pause button fast enough. There could also be copyright issues involved and I for one don't feel like being contacted by the sue happy RIAA.

To change your theme, download the one you want, unzip it to a folder on your hard drive and then upload (FTP) that unzipped folder to the wp-content/themes directory. You should see a "classic" and a "default" folder inside the themes directory and you'll now you're in the right place. Once it's uploaded, select the new theme from your dashboard and ta da!
