Question: Marine plants and macroalgae sub-forum?

I wonder if we could start a sub-forum for marine plants and macroalgae. I have found at least one interesting marine plant and some macroalgae that I am trying to keep in my newly cycled Nano Reef tank.

Among them, the Thalassia testudinum (Turtle Grass), a true marine plant that produces flowers! I planted five of them. There are quite beautiful macroalgae, like Udotea species (Mermaid's Fan Plant) and Penicillus capitus (Shaving Brush Plant).

I am collecting a few specimens from the Caribbean basin, at shallow areas. For the moment I am dosing with chelated iron and keeping my calcium level in the higher end (not hard to do with Coralife salt).

Well how cool is that! I googled those and they are really interesting looking. I'll pass this thread to one of the saltwater mods and see what happens.
