50 posts required before making a poll

Hi All - It seems like the poll forum is getting a bit trashed lately with really silly polls. In order to prevent this I changed the rule to where you need 50 posts before posting a poll.

Bumping this up for some of the newer members.
I'm not saying the last few attempts to create polls were trashy, just showing the reason why this rule is in place.
