This could be very cool. I created a category in the video directory here:

You can embed your videos from MyVideo, YouTube, Sevenload and Metacafe. There is a rating drop down (as well as a comments section in the video directory) and we can use the ratings for the initial "votes". Then, those with the highest ratings we can make a poll and have the members vote on the "video of the month". Say for instance 3 videos get 5 stars, we will make a poll with links to those three videos and the video receiving the most votes in the poll of the best rated videos is the winner. Then I can link to it from the monthly magazine.
Let's see how it goes.
To add your video to the contest:
1. Go to the video directory and then click on the photo contest category link
2. Click the button that looks like this:
3. Add the url to the video and then click on the "load information from service" button.
4. Click on the "Add Video" button.
That's it. You've entered the video contest.
