| It depends on what you consider "flirting," too.
The issue from yesterday (if it's what I'm thinking it was) wasn't flirting, it was downright rude.
We had a guy a few months ago who was really on the border of creepiness with kind of widespread flirting.
Basically, my take on it is this: if it is not unwanted (as with some of the betta folks joking around with each other), and if the post doesn't break any of the rules (and flirting doesn't have to be sexually oriented), then that's fine.
Like the Chief said above, if someone goes over the line of the rules, or says anything that makes you uncomfortable, just hit the little "Report Post" button, or, if you know there's a moderator online, PM them (okay, I'm fine with that, and people have done so before. I'm presuming the other mods are okay with it as well). |

| There is teasing, there is flirtation and there is creepiness. If ANYTHING makes you uncomfortable (it doesn't matter whether it makes anyone else uncomfortable or not) please, please report the post, Pm a Mod, email one of us just do something to let one of the Mods know something is going on.
Thanks

I notice when Abe or Starburst flirts with me! Those Betta boys have it all down like that lol. They get their favorite treats because they are sooo adorably cute.
Seriously though, get real, ppl. here want a safe, friendly, comfortable place to share our aquatic interests. Leave the other stuff for the experts in that area. Last edited by kra-z-fishmumm; September 12th, 2008 at 11:10 PM.
Reason: wanted you all to know I was taking this seriously! |
