Modified signature area to only display once

Greetings All - I've added a mod to the software that only display's your signature once per topic. This should help us in multiple ways with the biggest being a decrease in page load times (hopefully), decreased page sizes, cleaner look and feel, and annoyed forum users having to scroll through repeating signatures.

So, if you only see your sig once per topic, don't be alarmed.
