links at bottom of page

i was wondering - did the links at the bottom of the page go away? or are they just hiding from me? i still see them at the top of the page, but they havn't been at the bottom for a day or so now.

the link i'm talking is the one that is like this

Tropical Fish - Aquarium Forum > Non-Fish Category > whatever topic it is.
