Hidden email?

I was changing my avatar and noticed that I can see my email, but it's supposed to be hidden. Does it only say 'hidden' when someone else is looking at it? I somehow thought it had said hidden before when I looked at my profile page, but maybe I'm just imagining it...

Yep - you can see your own, even if it's marked as hidden. Kind of a confusing software feature I think.
