yea, the important thing is a upgrade like this is getting the basics running and then cleaning up, adding stuff back in, etc. Otherwise you look at major downtime and some of us might go into withdrawal then. great job on getting so much up & running this quick.. someday this week you'll have to try sleeping.

I like that new change too, and also the thing that indicates if you are online or offline.

one thing im missing is that now we can't tell which posts we ourselves have posted in. Before the upgrade the posts we had written in turned grey (well the writing did), maybe i just havent noticed but is there a way of telling now?

now, i think you just have to see if "new" is beside a thread title or not to see if any new posts are in it since you last looked at it.

Gwenz - I just changed all the links to be bold as the default and once you click on a link the font style changes back to regular. This way we can tell which links we've clicked on and which ones we haven't - i.e. more easily tell which posts we've been in and those that we haven't read yet...

I've noticed when I start a new post or reply to one its not coming up in the recent post list and it isn't coming up under the thread info I'm not sure whether its just me or because of the upgrade.BTW I'm not complaining just unsure what's causing this.thanks

Yeah no worries,could be just me, its all good,u got my post about the worms,so that's really what I was worrying about,it took about 1\2hr to come up.It could be my computer,has a mind of its own....cheers

it could be your isp too. is the site running faster for you now than when you posted the worms question? if so, it could be the server that fishlore is hosted on, sometimes it gets slow and i think it could be when they're running a backup or something.
