I have had this filter for about 2 months and it is a great filter. It makes a little noise when first starting it up but then is silent. It also makes noise if the tube is not placed perfectly. Also the water flow is still fast on the slowest speed. Other than that it is a great filter.

I love my AC70's.. I have 3 of them, 1 new, 1 about 2 years old, and 1 about 10 years old. the old one is just now in need of a new motor and impeller. Also love that I can just order and replace specific parts!

I have 3 aquaclear filters and they are by far the best. I love that you can add whatever media you want and they are completely silent once they are running.
