I woke up this morning and found one of my clown loaches stuck inside one of my empty snail shells that I use for decoration. At lunch(somewhere between 11:30-12:15 Central), I managed to pull it out because I had started to get worried about it. When I had pulled it out, the color was all gone out of it and it fins were completely nipped. I left it in the tank like that, because I would have been late for school, and when I came home after school, I couldn't find it anywhere except entangled in the roots of a plant that my deceased harlequin and been trapped in a few days back. The loach was still breathing but it's body was completely stiff as if it was dead. I couldn't just sit there and watch my loach die slowly, so I put it in an empty sour cream container with water and stuck it in the freezer for about ten minutes so it would die in peace. Just before I logged back on now, I had finished flushing it down the toilet(dead of course). Sorry for the long post. I miss it so much. It was one of my original loaches.
