For anyone trying to help me out, I havent changed anything. The water condition is the same as usual ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 10-15 pH 7.6. No visible signs of distress except a very slight change in behavior that was so gradual I didnt think anything of it. She just stopped coming out as much and hid more. She didnt look like she starved and there was no visible signs of disease. I thought all the activity from the congos was just intimidating her. I work at a fish store and many of our gourami's are dieing mysteriously... kinda far fetched but maybe I accidently brought home something on my hands. Whatever the mysterious disease is it was only killing dwarf gourami's then it moved to the Trichogastor species and Betta's and no treatment seems to work on it.
