Well, my poor little painted glassfish died last night.
As far as I can tell, it was of old age. Water quality is good (he's part of ten inches of fish in an 80g tank), he was swimming around with the rest of the collective earlier that day.
I don't know just how old he was, but he was at least two, which is pretty amazing considering how he was painted.

We're sorry you lost him, but you definitely gave him the best life and that's why he lived that long.

This tank is currently a little less stocked than it will, eventually be, but yes, I like tanks that aren't crammed with fish. The Continuum, which is three platinum mollies in a 40g tank (not to mention the mostly-unseen shrimp and the java fern and moss) is just beautiful.

I'm just glad that, however he went, it was relatively quickly and peacefully.
