I am sad to say that my Black neons had Neon tetra disease and I had to put them down.

I did like watching them swim around alot.

Now what I going to put in the tank? Is there any way rid the tank of the disease?

I'm sorry you lost them - they were beautiful fish! You could sterlize the tank & the stuff in it by using a solution of 1 part bleach to 19 parts very warm water. Or use a warm water/vinegar mix. Then rinse it out several times with mildly hot water, dry it all and let it sit dry for 3 weeks. I think that would remove any chance of disease remaining in the tank.
