Stacy told me this morning after i landed in Denver that one of our Mahachai betta babies had managed to find a way out of his temp. tank that we hastily setup last night after the ridiculous USPS wouldn't ship our fish when we took the box to the post office yesterday afternoon. I'm not sure which one since I didn't find him, but we're sad to lose one of those cute little baby bettas.

Apparently, although i saw NO notice on their website when i got a postage estimate, the USPS is currently refusing to ship live animals.. so we had no choice but to try to get them there via a 3-day road trip. i'll be posting on this one as i get caught up on posts.

thanks, the little guys had been growing up in the tank beside me, so they actually watch me for food, like to be talked to and quickly congregate for food.
