A couple of these little guys have survived a fishless adding-ammonia cycle process.

Figure they must have come on the plants - there were piles of them at one point, but I thought they all died off. I spotted 2 or 3 today, but this guy is the biggest of them.

The snail looks like a pond snail. They usually hitch a ride with plants.

I've have those snails in my tank, most time they get delivered with the plants, They are not harmful, sometimes they taste your plants :P but they eat dead plants only.

I Never had a problem with them in my tank since 2 months.
