This fish was labeled as a female weather loach. Is that correct. If so how big will she get?

Not sure on the ID, but if she is then she would get up to 10 inches and need a tank of around 30 gallons +. Also is a cooler water temparature fish needing similar requirements to whitecloud minnows and goldfish in terms of temperature.

EDIT: Dojo loaches are also commonly known as weather loaches.

Butterfly

That is a gold dojo/weather loach. I can't see the pectoral fins to tell if it's a female or not. Pectoral fins of a female are more long and slender than a males fins which are more rounded. females are also more chubby
