catfish

Husband came home with 3 huge fish yesterday someone was getting rid of.

The bloke told the hubby he had a jardini arowana, a pictus catfish and a tire track eel.

The arowana turned out to be a 8" jaguar cichlid, the tire track eel is a tire track eel but the catfish is not a pictus catfish. I think its a raphael catfish but not sure.

Its black with a small white stripe on its side, its about 1' long its been beaten up a bit by the jag and has not had the best of diets.

Any suggestions as to what type of catfish this is?

Ok, here you go. This picture was taken 2 hours after he was squashed into a 5g bucket and a 20min car ride. He is now in a 90g for quarantine before moving into a 125g. Hes not great looking right now after a bad diet and bad water conditions, but should start improving soon! And to think the person thought this was an arowana
