It looks like a gold (golden) ram cichlid to me.
check out this photo from badman's tropical fish.. The fish that is in the list of photos (3rd down on the right) looks just like it. I have also seen these at my LFS.

I believe the midas does a bit of different shape and fins..also they are not so pale even as babies. Im not sure of the hybrid,IMO the shape of the one in question is right on for a gold ram. The line.. well, it can be stress? But the eyes are just like the gold ram.hmmm.. maybe its a Brichardi?

I am sure most of fish I am going to mention are pakced.given different scientific names but try look for more pics of these fish if yu can match. It is not that easy to ID fish thru pic/vid. YOu probably can make the best comparison. I think it's neither golden ram nor midas.
Try the following in juvenile colors/pattterns:
Cichlasoma pasionis, C. robersoni, C. aureum, C.meeki (firemouth), C. longimanus,
C. helleri, etc.

I do not know the difficult in obtaining this fish, but if it was not that hard, I would probably guess it might be juvie firemouth looking at the vid.

Hope you find the match soon.
